Note: Products can be exchanged when all the following conditions are met:

– The product is new, with full stamps and labels

– And purchase invoice at Vietnam VXD

The product is not dirty, or shows signs of impact, falls or is used

– The product is considered to be a technical or specification error

– VXD Vietnam does not accept returns and refund requests
